Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, and access their own bathroom. The open concept living room overlooks the kitchen and dining area. You won't ever want to leave once you sit out on that amazing balcony facing the downtown view! Unit also comes with 2 dedicated parking spots and 2 gym passes for the in-building fitness center.

Included: - All utilities - Xfinity cable and internet - Linens and towels - Bi-weekly housekeeping - Fully stocked kitchen Building Features: Relax on the large rooftop terrace and take in the downtown views with friends. Or grill out in the courtyard using the community gas grills and seating area. There is also an amazing restaurant located on the first floor called The Mainstay! Concierge offers package delivery at your door and dry cleaning. Also included is your own designated parking spot in the highly secure garage located inside the building. IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated.

Please ask us about early checkin or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge.

Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.

Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towelettes! If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee.  All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.

No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.

Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.

For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.

When parking, please do not block the neighbors' driveway and if parking on the street, please follow the street parking rules.

For <30 day stay: Prior to arrival, please let us know if you are bringing a pet as we have to check if it is allowed by the owner. If allowed, it is $35 per night per pet. However, if we find that there are pets brought into the house without telling us, it is $100 per night per pet, so it is definitely better to tell us in advance.

For >30 day stay, it is a $350 initial pet fee and mandatory monthly cleaning.

If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.

The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.

If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.

Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.

Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards.

Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
