We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with incredible view over the holiday week. The beds were comfy, kitchen was big with everything we needed, hot tub, massage chair and firepit were relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a great stay at a great property. The kitchen was awesomely stocked and had a great view. We had 5 kids and 7adults and we had plenty of room! Would definitely recommend this property to others.... The inside was very clean!! This was the most well stocked and clean house we have ever rented to date! It would be hard to beat it!

Not sure which was better, the house or the location. Of all the Airbnb type places we've stayed, this was probably the best. Well stocked and well maintained. Plenty of pots/pans and dishes for even the biggest gathering. It's like you were visiting a friend's house. We had our family (parents+2 kids), MiL, SiL, BiL/SiL, and our married friends and still has plenty of room. Will definitely go back!

I love the peaceful location, the beautiful scenery, and the always accommodating and friendly owners. It is truly my favorite place to get away with my dog. My friends and family love to come up with me as well. It feels like a home away from home. The perfect destination for a relaxing time with family and/or friends. The home was completely renovated and is fabulously appointed. All the extras - the fully loaded kitchen, cleaning supplies, and games were all an added bonus. My family spent more time on the huge patio, by the fire pit, in the lake and enjoying the views. Thanks Again and Look Forward to next time.

We enjoyed our stay immensely and I think the home is lovely and incredibly well furnished. There were very few things we needed that were not available. The two downsides were: !) The code to enter didn't work and since we were coming from different areas and cell phones were dead in some areas and we were unable to communicate, one group waited for two hours outside unable to get in. They had the code, but not the phone number to request help and our cell phones were inactive at the time, 2) we were without hot water on the main and lower level from arrival until Sunday afternoon. The response to help and get a tech to us was great; however, being a weekend and, as we learned from the first tech, electric tanks are different than gas tanks. The hot water went off again the morning we left......cold showers, so hoping it is functioning for next guest. As a note, I read of the same experience in a review before we were guests. I felt that the issue would have been solved so had no concern. Obviously this is not correct. I would suggest that the remedy be more permanent as no hot water for showers, washing hands, kitchen cleanliness etc. is a bit of an inconvenience.
James offered us a extra day added on to our stay, but we were unable to accept at the last minute due to prior commitments. However, we would be happy to accept an extra no charge day if we book again for several days. In all, we had a great time and it is a great facility. Diane Krug

This house was perfect for our family to get together with our little dogs. There are plenty of beautiful spaces to be together when you want. (Or apart when you want). We had a couple issues and the owner was very quick to respond and resolve the issues so we could fully enjoy the house. We will hopefully be coming back!

We enjoyed our multigenerational family time at Eagles Roost!! It had been a year since we all gathered due to COVID-19. We thought we would be out and about exploring but never left the grounds. There was something for everyone❣️ We hiked the hills and walked the road ringing the lake. Sunset in the hot tub was our evening jam! We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit each evening and used all of the multilevel decks; including the one with the fireplace table. The Grands loved their own space in the lower level. The house was spotless and well equipped. I hope we will gather here once again!
